Because our products are personal-use skincare items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been opened. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bumblooohelp@gmail.com. We’ll quickly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
